All items are 3D‑printed to order. Production time is typically 2–5 business days depending on the item, stock availability, customization, and the current print queue.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day.


Shipping Options

We offer simple, clear shipping options at checkout:

  • Economy Shipping — 5–8 Business Days 
  • Standard Shipping — 3–4 Business Days 
  • Express International — Calculated at Checkout 
  • Standard International — Calculated at Checkout

Shipping speeds refer to transit time after your order has been printed and shipped.


Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are automatically calculated based on the weight of your order. Shopify displays the correct rate at checkout — no guessing needed.


Tracking Information

All orders include tracking. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update.


International Shipping

We ship worldwide. International shipping rates and delivery times vary by destination.

Customs fees, duties, or import taxes are not included and are the responsibility of the buyer.


Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package is delayed, please check your tracking link for updates. If tracking has not updated in 7 days, contact us and we will assist you.

If your package is marked “Delivered” but you did not receive it:

  • Check with neighbors

  • Check your mailbox

  • Contact your local post office

If it still cannot be located, email us and we will help investigate.


Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address. If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, reshipping fees may apply.

Local Delivery Policy

FLY‑OG 3D offers local delivery throughout the Capital Region for customers located within 25 miles of Schenectady, NY. This includes areas such as Albany, Troy, Colonie, Latham, Rotterdam, Cohoes, Clifton Park, and surrounding neighborhoods.

Delivery Fees (Tiered by Distance)

  • $5.99 for deliveries within 0–10 miles
  • $9.99 for deliveries within 10–20 miles
  • $14.99 for deliveries within 20–25 miles

Delivery Timeframe

Delivery Scheduling

Once your order is ready, you will receive a notification to confirm your delivery window. Deliveries are made during standard daytime hours unless otherwise arranged.

Delivery Requirements

Please ensure someone is available to receive the delivery at the provided address. If no one is available, the order may be left in a safe location at the driver's discretion, or delivery may be rescheduled. Additional fees may apply for redelivery.
